"No enough evidence" was the final statement given by the Ethics and Anti corruption commission(EACC) over the case on former cabinet secretary Anne Waiguru NYS saga.After sometime Kenyans had lost hope in the perpetrators of NYS scandal to face justice but the bitter wounds of this saga became fresh when josephine kabura wrote a statement with EACC citing that indeed waiguru was deeply involved in the NYS scam.
This new statement caught waiguru offside she too decide she wont be a scape goat in this crisi so she blew the whistle mentioning top government officilas such as the deputy president william ruto,parliaments majority leader aden duale and senates majority leader kipchumba murkomen to be part of the NYS scam.This sparked alot of political conflicts among the mentoned leaders. For instance Duale fought back accusing waiguru of "dragging up peoples names and introducing non existing petty politics in her affidavit. She better stop playing games with theft of public funds in false hope that those who stole will escape punishment", he said.
Later after this reaction from duale, waiguru writes to the police saying that she fears for her life stating that "upon issuance fo my affidavit . i have received veiled threats including one from Duale in which he promised to go on sabbatical after waiguru .Other senior politicians have also accused me of breaking the jubilee coalition," she stated . She further says that despite the EACC exonerating her from the NYS scandal, the reals perpetrators of the scam were using josephine kaburu to introduce fresh links through an apparently false and unsubstantiated affidavit released over two weeks ago
Waiguru states that the real perpetrators are using Josephine Kabura to incriminate her. My question is are the perpetrators of this scam D.p William Ruto, Kipchumba Murkomen, Aden Duale and the others as she mentioned earlier or???
From my perspective this si another blame game on the Kenyan table set to shift the focus of Kenyans from finding out the truth on the NYS scandal because it has already been politicized.This is just another planned mind game in action

NOTHING IS FOR FREE
A 'meat samosa in many places e.g Mombasa goes at a fairly high price of almost 100/= despite its smallness in size.On the other hand a similar 'meat' samosa in Moi university at the stage goes at a really cheap price of 20/= despite its largeness in size.
Speculations reveal that the meat in these samosas is from donkeys .Villagers back up these speculations saying that it is indeed true based on the fact that there is a high number of donkeys at the stage that are owner less and therefore provide easily and available meat for the samosas.
An incident that further supports the above speculations is that, recently the villagers have reported several cases of donkeys found slaughtered and stripped to bones with no meat in thick bushes. Both the villagers and the students complain on frequent cases on severe stomachaches,one particular case is a student in 2nd year who was admitted due to diarrhea and vomiting, lab tests results reveal that the condition was as a result of eating unhygienic food.
After a series of questions with the doctor the student revealed that his last meal were a couple of samosas which he bought from a samosa hawker at the stage.
Basing on the above case it is obvious that the meat in the samosas is from donkeys because of;

Basing on the above case it is obvious that the meat in the samosas is from donkeys because of;
- the donkeys are slaughtered in bushes where there is no sanitation at all, so the meat is unhygienic
- the crooks slaughtering these donkeys sell the meat at really cheap precises that's why the 'meat' samosas here also come at very low prices
